TO COMPLETE THE APPLICATION PROCESS, PLEASE SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING:
- Confirmation of the Completed ADMISSION APPLICATION form (online)
- Payment of $500.00 (non refundable) to commence the process. This will be deducted within 3 business days of receiving the registration information.
UPON ACCEPTANCE/CONFIRMATION OF ENROLMENT, PLEASE SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING:
- Auto withdrawal and/or Credit Card information. Tuition will be deducted on the 1st of every month. Payment start date is dependent of the payment plan chosen. Last payment is made on March 1, 2017 of the academic year.
- IMMUNIZATION DOCUMENTS.
- COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
- Signed PARENTAL AUTHORIZATION FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT FORM.
- Updated student photograph (Passport size)
Please note that all offers of enrolment for our Casa program are conditional upon the child being toilet trained or are actively working toward that goal. Children in diapers or pull-ups will not be offered spots in our Casa program.
