TO BEGIN THE APPLICATION PROCESS:
- Kindly contact the office to book a 15-minute tour – Wednesday mornings between 9:30 am – 10:30 am
- Schedule a 20-30 minute observation of your child & Parent Interview – Tuesdays and Thursday mornings between 9:30 am – 10:30 am
- Registration Appointment
BEFORE THE OBSERVATION APPOINTMENT, PLEASE SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING:
- Completed Registration Forms
- Non-refundable deposit/first payment
- Copy of up-to-date immunization record from the City of Toronto’s Immunization Connect Ontario website
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Updated Student Photograph (Passport size)
- Signed Parent-Handbook
- Signed Excursion Permission Form (CASA/ELEMENTARY)
Please note that all offers of enrollment for our School are conditional upon submission of the above-listed items, and the completion of the Parent Tour, Observation of the Child, and Parent Interview.
